Fulbright Scholar Professor Dr. Kakhaber Djakeli
President, Georgian-European Marketing Association

Professor Dr. Kakhaber Djakeli is a key marketing scientist in the field of branding and brand auditing and political branding. Mr. Kakhaber Djakeli was a scholar of German Academic exchange service DAAD, in different periods. During the DAAD scholarship in 1997-1998 he made his Doctoral Dissertation in Germany-Leibniz University Hannover and in Georgia – Tbilisi State University.

In 2004 Djakeli was invited to Hanover Leibniz University as a Guest Professor and in 2006-2007 he was a Fulbright Scholar; invited to Yale University USA, to write his concept in Health Reforming Management. In 2009 Mr. Djakeli was invited by DAAD as a Guest Professor to Germany. Being in Germany Djakeli, organized seminar at the faculty of Insurance studies under tuition of famous German economist – I.Mathias Graf v.d. Schulenburg. With his wealth of experience in knowledge delivery, he currently doubles as Program Coordinator of Marketing at International Black Sea University

He further earned a PhD degree in Organizations Management with special emphasis in Leadership from Capella University in Minnesota, USA, and has attended numerous conferences and seminars.

Duru who has authored books in key management courses with great interest in Research Methodology, lectures many courses including Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing, Management and Leadership courses in various universities in the USA and Africa since the past 15 years. As Risk Retention Specialist, he acquired over 28 years of extensive knowledge and experience in insurance industry as an Insurance Broker and Business Consultant, all in California USA.

Mellany is Human Resource Practitioner par excellence with extensive years experience in the public service of the Government of Philippines. She is an astute communicator and collaborates with all levels of personnel on excellent interpersonal management scales. She is a professional in the management of all phases of recruitment including sourcing, selection, hiring and orientations.

She in handles deliverables in formulation of HR policies, as well as Agency Merit and Promotional Plan, Strategic Performance Management System and Employees’ Reward and Recognition Policy. She has excellent management skills in organizational and individual performance evaluation.

Mellany is a leader in non-profits, and as a people-person, she trains upcoming professionals, in different areas of interests.

Dr. Justine Chinoperekweyi

Dr. Justine holds a Ph.D in Governance & Leadership from the University of Lusaka in Zambia, Masters of Arts Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree in Banking and Finance from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. He is a professional member of the Global Institute of Organization Development Network (GIODN), Florida-USA. Justine is the Founding Director: Academics and Programs at Centre for Organization Leadership and Development (COLD); an online, competency-based vocational education and training institution incorporated in Zimbabwe. He is also a Visiting Faculty of Leadership and Finance in Dubai. Justine has published three books on personal leadership, decision making and corporate governance in banking.
